At The White House, we have a dedicated team of management and staff. All our staff are caring, empathetic, friendly and experienced.
Our staff undergo regular in depth training and have the opportunity of diplomas in care. They have regular Disclosure and barring checks.
Our Registered Manager is Ms Debra Davies who is qualified to level 5 in Adults, Residential Management and Dementia Care there is also the Deputy Manager
Terri Powell level 5 and our four seniors are Hayley Parry level 5, Sue Hayward level 3, Elvis Hazeldine level 3, Melissa Jones level 3, Laura Price level 3. Our senior staff are qualified with their diplomas and dementia qualifications.
Mr Nilesh Tailor is our Operations Manager level 5.
Mr Ashley Jones is our Finance Officer.
We have a core team of care staff both days and nights, with a continuum of training updated at all levels and kitchen staff, auxiliary staff and a maintenance person
